RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from the Saint Gregory Society. If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange, credit, or refund.

To Report a Damaged Item

If an item is damaged upon receipt, please email us at saintgregorysociety@gmail.com or call Customer Service at 1-203-815-8955. A representative of the SGS will instruct you about returning the item.

Corrections of Errors and Inaccuracies

The information on the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

The information we collect from you is used to improve the content of our web site and to provide you with information, products or other services available to you through SGS. This Privacy Policy may be changed or updated from time to time and we recommend that you review these terms periodically.

Our Policy

SGS respects and protects the privacy of our online visitors and donors. SGS does not disclose, give, sell or transfer to third parties any personal information about our visitors without their permission, unless required by law.

Throughout its history, SGS has never shared its donor mailing lists or personal information with third parties. It remains SGS’s policy that mailing lists, both postal and electronic, are never sold or exchanged with third parties.

Our Commitment to Accuracy

In addition to maintaining privacy and security controls for information you share with us, SGS uses error checking procedures to accurately and completely process your transaction information. A member of the SGS is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (US Eastern Time) to answer questions by phone at 203-815-8955 or by email at saintgregorysociety@gmail.com.

Changes are made to our error checking procedures as necessary to improve our system and independent external audits are periodically conducted to ensure the appropriate processing of your information from our web site.

Use of “Cookies”

We use cookies for the convenience of customers, in order to implement the shopping cart feature on this site. On-line payments to SGS are processed by PayPal, Inc., so SGS never sees customers’ credit card numbers or bank account information. After a purchase, SGS receives the following data from PayPal and retains them: the customer’s name, e-mail address, items purchased, shipping address, and payment amount.

Transactions processed by PayPal are subject to their user agreement and other policies.
